OwnerNFT

For users to own land in the Spaces NFT metaverse, they must hold an OwnerNFT. With this NFT, users can access one plot of private land - and are referred to as "Landowners".

The land will be hosted on a public URL that landowners can send to their friends, family and communities. End users can enter the land for free. Currently, the maximum number of users that can enter a plot of land is 20, which will be increased over time.

All users will be provided with a set of generic avatars and have chat, voice and video capability. All landowners can generate a fixed collection of land types (office/condo/bar/event space). We will add more land types over time, and some land types are exclusive to OwnerNFTs with higher rarity levels.

OwnerNFTs are stylised with 2D manga-style characters representing a landowner in the Spaces NFT metaverse.
